414 MILWAUKEE ELITE

Started in 2017, 414 Milwaukee Elite Volleyball Club was formed to help more girls grow their passion for volleyball. Our club was built on a strong foundation with proven training plans, techniques, strategies and systems cascaded to our experienced coaches. We pride ourselves in being family-oriented and always keeping our player’s best interest in mind. We support our player’s growth on and off the court…athletically, academically and socially. We are a well-organized, well communicated and responsive club that encourage feedback from players and parents throughout the season to ensure a positive experience for all.

TUNE UPS

414 will host tune up sessions in the two weeks prior to both sets of tryouts. Dates are posted on our website in August/September.

All players trying out must have a valid USAV membership and completed required forms.

TRYOUT INFO

Tryout dates are set by Badger Region and all clubs must host tryouts during the given time frames. Players may tryout for multiple clubs. Each club has their own registration process. Our tryout dates/times are posted on our website in August/September.

USAV MEMBERSHIP

USAV membership can be from the previous club season, membership for the current/upcoming club season OR USAV's discounted tryout membership ($10.00 which can later be upgraded to the full membership if the player accepts an offer with a club). Current USAV memberships are valid for tryouts/ club seasons at any USAV/Badger Region affiliated club. Players are given a T Shirt at check-in.

OUR TEAMS - INCLUSIONS & FEES

414 Milwaukee Elite offers two different types of teams (Elite & Regional) for players aged 10-18.

ELITE/NATIONAL TEAMS

14 Elite | 15 Elite | 16 Elite | 17 Elite | 18 Elite

THE SEASON:

December through June season, local and national tournaments, power league, qualifier tournament, AAU Nationals
Practices two days a week (two hours each)
10-11 tournaments, 18-22 play dates
Individualized goal planning
Travel required, potentially nation-wide
College recruiting assistance as requested

SEASON FEE: $1,730

Uniform package (2 jerseys, 1 spandex, 1 warm up shirt or jacket)
Tournament entry fees (minus the qualifier and AAU national fees)
Practice facility expenses
Coach salary and travel
Equipment
Administrative fees and supplies

ADDITIONAL FEES COVERED BY PLAYER:

USAV membership ($50/season)
Qualifier tournament fee: $250
AAU Nationals tournament fee: $500

REGIONAL TEAMS

THE SEASON:

December through late April/early May season, local tournaments
Practices two days a week (90 minutes to two hours each)
8 tournaments, about 11-12 play dates
Individualized goal planning
College recruiting assistance as requested
