IMPORTANT INFORMATION
**Valid USAV/Badger Region Membership is required
to participate in 414 Summer Camps**
2025-26 Full Junior Memberships are valid through August 31, 2025 (no additional membership req'd for camp).
Players who didn't have a full junior membership in 2025-26can purchase the $17.50 Badger League Junior Player Membership!
Each player registered for one or more summer camp/s will receive one t-shirt per camp week.
Canceled Registrations & Refunds: Because our camps fill quickly and we close registration for filled sessions, cancelations must be requested at least 2 days prior to the scheduled camp start date in order to receive a refund so we can try and replace the canceled spot with someone from the waitlist.
It is best to complete the registration form below on a personal computer or mobile device, as company-issued devices often block pop-ups or external forms, which can prevent the form from loading properly or interrupt the payment process.
You do not need a PayPal account to complete registration - PayPal simply processes the payment, and you may check out using a credit or debit card.
NOTE: Some people are currently experiencing a technical issue with the "Debit or Credit Card" payment section of the registration form (the final step). We have submitted a support ticket and are working to have it resolved as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, there is a workaround for paying via the "Debit or Credit Card" option: complete the visible fields as normal, then use the Tab key to advance through each field. This will allow you to move into the portion of the form that may not be visible on your screen. If you need to return to a previous field, use Shift + Tab.
