IMPORTANT - READ IN FULL: 

• We've enhanced our online registration process to require online payment and electronic submission of all required forms to limit the amount of items exchanged and speed up check-in lines. Be sure to submit payment at the end of the registration process or your registration will not be complete and you may have to start over.

• All tryout participants must pre-register on our website + and + have a valid USAV membership (membership from the 24-25 club season is still valid for summer tryouts OR the $10 Badger Tryout membership which can later be upgraded to the full membership if the player accepts an offer with a club).

• Parent/Guardian/person completing registration form is responsible for selecting the correct age group for the player based on the USAV Age Definition Chart. If you register for a younger age group than where the player's birthday aligns, 414 will not be able to roster the player for the offered team and is not responsible. Players can always play "up" (in a higher age group than the one their birthday aligns to) but can never play "down".

• Tryout registrations can be canceled for a refund prior to midnight July 18.

• If a player is trying out for multiple clubs, we recommend prioritizing your first choice club for the July 19 / July 20 tryout if tryout times are conflicting - it is likely that most 414 offers for each team will be given July 19 / 20 with any remaining positions being filled July 26. It is acceptable to leave a tryout early or join late, if needed. It is recommended (not required) that players attend both tryout sessions for their age group as offers are generally given both days and it's helpful for players who currently have an offer to see how the team is coming together!
