YOUTH PROGRAM
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
This eight-session program targets boys and girls 8-12 years old and focuses on fundamentals and fun in a non-team setting!
We focus on laying down the foundational skills of volleyball, including passing, setting, serving, and hitting, through engaging drills and gameplay. Skills will be broken down into manageable steps/progressions, ensuring that players understand proper form and technique.
This program targets beginners or players who have had some recreational instruction. Players may attend multiple waves of the program to continue building on their skills.
